Things to Know Before Booking

• Breakfast Included: A wholesome, freshly prepared breakfast is part of your stay.
• Homemade Local Cuisine: Savour delicious home-style dishes cooked by our in-house chef using local flavours.
• Barbecue Experience: Enjoy an evening barbecue at ₹800 per person (advance notice required).
• Bonfire Experience: Unwind under the stars with a bonfire at ₹1,000 per group (please inform us beforehand).
• Meals: Share your meal preferences with the staff in advance for a seamless dining experience.

House Rules

• Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Only soft, slow music is allowed; loud music is strictly prohibited to maintain the natural calm.
• Staff assistance is available until 10:30 PM.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors; an ashtray can be requested for outdoor use.
• Mineral water bottles and aerated drinks are not provided; clean filtered drinking water is available.
• Guests are encouraged to minimise plastic waste and take back any plastic garbage whenever possible.

Accommodation Guidelines

• Prices vary based on the number of guests—please select the correct count while booking.
• Each suite accommodates up to 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults on a double-occupancy basis; any unused rooms will remain locked.
• Extra bedding or a mattress will be provided for additional adults or children.
• Separate accommodation for drivers or house-help can be arranged at an extra charge (advance notice required).
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property; outside visitors are not allowed.

Electricity & Connectivity

• Power backup (inverters) is available to run lights and essential points during outages.
• Geysers and hot & cold A/C will not function during power cuts.
• Occasional power cuts add to the offbeat charm—ideal for enjoying the starry night sky.
• Wi-Fi is provided and suitable for work-from-retreat stays.
• Good 4G connectivity for Airtel and Jio is usually available, subject to weather conditions.

Pet Policy (based on availability and prior booking)

• We welcome pets and are happy to host your furry companions.
• Pets must be well-behaved; any damage to property will need to be compensated.
• Guests are requested to bring their own pet bedding and food.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
• Pet stay: ₹700 per day
• Pet meals (chargeable) are available on request with prior notice.
